Careers
Since 1944 Lane Associates has been a continuously growing heating and air conditioning (HVAC) contractor in the New York Metropolitan and New Jersey area. Dispatched from the corporate office located in Island Park, NY, our technicians reside throughout our service area. Since our customers are spread throughout our service area, technicians are dispatched from their homes to minimize response and travel time. We pride ourselves as a leader in our field, giving our customers superior service and support in their HVAC needs.
Our company appreciates our two most valuable assets. The first is our clients that retain our services and make our growth and stability possible. The second, of equal importance, is our employees. Our employees have built our business and our reputation, and we value them highly. We are always seeking new additions to our Team of long term company employees.
A career at Lane Associates is more than a job. It’s a path to improving your skills, knowledge, and capabilities as you enhance your current role or, possibly, take on a new role within the company. You drive your career development plan with the guidance and support of your manager. Lane Associates supports your efforts through training and education.
