Description: Longacre Theatre Backstage HVAC System

Named for Longacre Square (now Times Square), the 1000+ seat Longacre Theatre was built in 1913. Working in this historic building, we installed a HVAC system for the backstage in accordance with our customer’s specifications. Time was a priority for our customer, and we finished the HVAC installation on schedule.

Century 21 Department Store

Description: Mezzanine Air Conditioning Project
Location: New York, NY

For this design/build project, we installed a complete air conditioning system for the Mezzanine level which included a chiller, fan coil units, piping, ductwork, wiring, and controls. All equipment was integrated into the store’s interior, maintaining its appearance.

St. Patrick’s Cathedral

Description: Cardinal’s Residence Control System

Integrating controls into existing equipment at St. Patrick’s Cathedral, we automated operation in the Cardinal’s Residence. A new control system improves efficiency of equipment and creates a more comfortable atmosphere.
